What's another word you could use for the term handyman referring to a woman as handymen? It sounds bad and little hands also sounds strange. I have a hard time finding a good term because I am self-employed and what I do is what one would consider handyman work. According to the guide, the terms “novice”, “handyman” and “tomboy” are all sexist and should be replaced by, respectively, “first-year student”, “casual worker” and “active child”, respectively.
